CUBA — Cuba Police arrested David A. Tidd, 38, of Olean, New York, on Oct. 7 at approximately 11 p.m. following an investigation by the department’s Narcotics Unit.
Tidd was arrested after a grand jury issued an indictment warrant on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a felony, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a felony.
The charges stem from the alleged sale of crack cocaine in the town and village of Cuba.
Tidd was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on no bail.
The Cuba Police Department was assisted by the Olean Police Department.
