GALWAY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a minor Thursday for aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree and sexual abuse in the first degree, both class D felonies.
The minor is accused of inserting a finger in the vagina of another person when that person was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.
The minor is also accused of subjecting another person to sexual contact when the other person was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.
The crimes allegedly occurred Oct. 9 in Galway.
The minor was arraigned before the Honorable Sean Piasecki in Charlton Town Court and was released to the custody of a parent pending further proceedings in the Youth Part of Saratoga County Court.
