CLIFTON PARK — A 43-year-old Ballston Lake man was arrested on drunken driving charges after deputies found him asleep in his running vehicle Friday night.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at 10:39 p.m. on Hillside Drive in Clifton Park.
Ryan P. Mattison was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
Deputies say Mattison was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18%.
He was allegedly found asleep inside his running vehicle on Hillside Drive, which prompted the original complaint.
Mattison was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court.
