ONEONTA — A 20-year-old Oneonta man was arrested Oct. 2 on a petit larceny charge following a complaint at Walmart in the Town of Oneonta.
Tomiwa O. Owolabi was found to have left Walmart past the point of sale with $492 worth of items that had not been purchased, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Owolabi was processed and later released with an appearance ticket.
He is set to appear in Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
