Waterbury man cited for disorderly conduct at restaurant

WATERBURY — Vermont State Police received a report Sept. 24 at approximately 6:31 p.m. that 40-year-old Kevin Boldwin was yelling at employees of Hen of the Wood restaurant on South Main Street.

Troopers from the Berlin Barracks investigated and determined that Boldwin acted disorderly.

Boldwin, of Essex Town, was issued a criminal citation for Aggravated Disorderly Conduct.

He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Washington County, Criminal Division, on Oct. 23 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
