SHELBURNE — A St. Albans woman was arrested for driving under the influence after multiple callers reported a vehicle driving erratically on two rims Friday night.
Vermont State Police received a be-on-the-lookout alert at approximately 7:51 p.m. Oct. 10 for a vehicle that had lost two tires and was driving erratically on Interstate 89.
Multiple calls came in about the vehicle as it exited the interstate.
Troopers located the vehicle driving on two rims and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 116 at Rosewood Drive.
The operator was identified as Corrina Mannings, 41, of St. Albans.
While speaking with Mannings, troopers detected multiple indicators of impairment.
After a roadside investigation, Mannings was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Mannings was issued a citation to appear at Chittenden County Superior Court on Oct. 30 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of DUI.
