JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 461 incidents and made 34 arrests during a two-week period from Sept. 12-25.
The incidents included 29 motor vehicle accidents, 98 traffic stops, 20 domestic violence complaints and 12 disorderly conduct cases, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
Other incidents included six larcenies, five fraud cases, five animal complaints, six mental health complaints, two assaults, two DWIs, three trespass cases, one criminal mischief case, one missing person case, one unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and 16 welfare checks.
Among those arrested was Christine M. Bessette, 68, of Colonie, who was charged in the Town of Broadalbin with criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony.
Dylan J. Fisher, 32, of Broadalbin, was charged in the Town of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, first offense.
Sicily Italia Bernardo, 33, of Amsterdam, was charged in the Town of Northampton with assault in the third degree, an A misdemeanor.
Aaron J. Lyons, 42, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Johnstown with resisting arrest and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, both A misdemeanors.
Robert J. Warner Jr., 30, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Johnstown with criminal contempt in the second degree, an A misdemeanor, and aggravated family offense, an E felony.
Multiple individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants, including Jason R. Savoie Sr., 42, of Broadalbin, on a warrant from Town of Broadalbin Court.
