ELMIRA — The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office reported four arrests Oct. 8 on various charges ranging from petit larceny to grand larceny.
Steffan J. Miller, 37, of Ashland was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of petit larceny, issued by Ashland Town Court on Dec. 3, 2024.
Miller was arraigned by Ashland Town Court and released.
Melissa J. Czysz, 51, of Southport was arrested for harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, after a domestic disturbance in the town of Southport.
Czysz was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court at a later date.
Bianca M. Howze, 35, of Elmira was arrested for grand larceny in the 4th degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after stealing from Walmart in the town of Horseheads.
Howze was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
Misty J. Fleegal, 37, of Elmira was arrested for grand larceny in the 4th degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after stealing from Walmart in the town of Horseheads.
