LYNDONVILLE — A 21-year-old Lyndonville man was cited for simple assault after allegedly attacking a family member Friday night.
David Goodwin was taken into custody following an investigation into an assault reported on Whipple Hill Road at approximately 10:58 p.m. Oct. 3.
Police said Goodwin assaulted a family member, causing physical pain and visible injuries.
Officers located Goodwin and processed him on the simple assault charge.
Goodwin was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Criminal Court on Nov. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
