SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested three men Thursday and Friday on charges including larceny and assault in connection with separate incidents.

Jalil Cox, 36, of New Haven, was arrested Friday at 12:09 p.m. on an active warrant charging him with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Cox’s charges stem from an August theft at Target at 125 Buckland Hills Drive, where police say he stole two Dyson vacuums worth $1,399.98 with two other unidentified men.

Hamden police took Cox into custody and transferred him to South Windsor police, where he was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 29 at 9 a.m.

Michael J. Collier, 53, of Hartford, was arrested Thursday at 2:22 p.m. on a charge of fourth-degree larceny.

Police responded to Macy’s Distribution Center at 301 Governors Highway for reports that an employee had stolen merchandise.

Collier was identified as the employee who stole $1,136 worth of merchandise, police said.

He was processed and held on a $7,500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court Friday at 9 a.m.

Robert C. O’Sullivan, 61, of South Windsor, was arrested Thursday at 6:08 p.m. on an active warrant charging him with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

The charges stem from a September domestic violence incident in which police determined O’Sullivan grabbed the victim’s hands and bent her fingers backward, causing bruising.

O’Sullivan was processed and released on a $40,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court Friday at 9 a.m.
