BRUNSWICK — State Police arrested a 45-year-old Brunswick man on burglary charges Sept. 28.
Marc F. Milanese was charged with burglary in the second degree.
Troopers received a complaint Sept. 12 at about 9:48 a.m. that money had been stolen from inside a Brunswick home.
The investigation determined that Milanese allegedly entered the unoccupied home without the owner’s knowledge or permission Aug. 28 and reportedly stole money from within.
Milanese was arrested at his home and transported to SP Brunswick for processing.
He was then arraigned at the Grafton Town Court where he was released under the supervision of the Rensselaer County Probation Department.
