MONKTON — A 62-year-old Monkton man was cited for disorderly conduct following an altercation on a public highway Sept. 27.
Vermont State Police at the New Haven Barracks received numerous calls about the incident at 12:08 p.m.
Investigation revealed Michael J. Casey engaged in an altercation with Mark Guillemette, 54, also of Monkton.
Casey was issued a citation Oct. 8 to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
He is scheduled to appear Dec. 8 at 12:30 p.m.
