GENOA — The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 42-year-old woman on charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
Jennifer E. Thumm of Genoa was arrested Sept. 24 following an investigation that revealed she was in possession of and used a stolen credit card in the town of Genoa, according to Sheriff Brian Schenck.
Thumm was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, an E felony.
She was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Genoa Town Court on Oct. 7.
