JOHNSTOWN — State Police arrested Stacy Holliday, 59, of Caroga Lake, on Sept. 30 on a warrant for grand larceny in the second degree.
On June 12, 2024, State Police were notified of a larceny that occurred in the City of Johnstown.
The investigation determined Holliday allegedly used a credit card of the victim who is known to her without their knowledge or permission from 2022 until 2024.
Her actions resulted in the theft of more than $50,000.
Holliday surrendered herself to SP Mayfield where she was arrested and processed.
She was arraigned at the Johnstown City Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
