BETHEL — Troopers from the Royalton State Police Barracks arrested a Lebanon, New Hampshire man early Monday morning for violating conditions of his release.
Seth Mossey, 23, was located at a residence on Sand Hill Road at approximately 12:30 a.m. Oct. 7 while troopers were attempting to locate wanted individuals at the residence.
Mossey was placed under arrest and transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing.
He was issued a criminal citation and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
