New York man arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with minor

WILTON — State Police arrested Victorius Z. Robinson, 19, of South Glens Falls, on Sept. 16 on a warrant for disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree and two counts of sexual misconduct.

State Police received information on Aug. 18 that an adult man was having sexual contact with a child under the age of 17.

The investigation determined Robinson allegedly had sexual contact with a child incapable of consent due to being under the age of 17 on multiple occasions while in South Glens Falls and Glens Falls from May until July.

Robinson allegedly sent the victim multiple explicit videos of himself.

Robinson was arrested in Lake George and transported to State Police Wilton for processing.

He was arraigned in the Town of Wilton Court and at the Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part Court where he was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash, $100,000 bond, or $200,000 partially secured bond.
