CLARENCE — New York State Police in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Town of Lancaster Police Department successfully conducted an operation targeting individuals involved in the online exploitation of children.
The operation took place over several days in the towns of Clarence and Lancaster and resulted in the arrest of six suspects accused of illegal activities related to child exploitation.
The detail deployed trained investigators to infiltrate online platforms where these crimes are often facilitated.
Utilizing advanced cyber tactics, investigators were able to identify individuals attempting to exploit vulnerable children through the internet and meet them in person.
All suspects were arrested and processed and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center with no bail with arraignment dates.
A historical investigation will continue into each of these individuals that were exposed during this investigation.
CJ A. Wolf, 34, of Lewiston, was charged with attempted rape in the second degree.
Mohammed T. Hassan, 26, of Buffalo, was charged with two counts of attempted rape in the second degree.
Jason Harroun, 46, of Buffalo, was charged with two counts of attempted rape in the second degree.
Noah A. Jucha, 20, of Grahamsville, was charged with two counts of attempted rape in the second degree and possessing sexual performance by a child.
Domenic F. Folsom, 24, of Lancaster, was charged with two counts of attempted rape in the second degree.
Aleksandr Tumash, 41, of Lancaster, was charged with attempted rape in the second degree.
