AUSABLE — New York State Police arrested Christopher L. Burrell, 38, of Keeseville, on Oct. 4 for endangering the welfare of a child and assault in the third degree.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on Sept. 3 at approximately 7:34 p.m., when troopers responded to Moore Lane in the Town of Ausable for a reported assault.
An investigation determined that Burrell was involved in a physical altercation with a juvenile victim and struck the victim in the face, causing a laceration.
The victim was medically evaluated and later released.
Burrell was located and taken into custody.
He was processed at SP Plattsburgh and later arraigned in the Town of Ausable Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
