NAPLES — A 61-year-old Naples man was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing.
James M. Brennan of 4237 Parrish Hill Road was taken into custody at 11:41 a.m. at his residence, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The charge stems from an alleged physical altercation that occurred Oct. 1 on public state lands in the town of Italy.
Brennan was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await arraignment in CAP Court.
Deputies C. Hansen and Sgt. J. Rider responded to the scene.
