RANDOLPH — Vermont State Police arrested a 36-year-old man Oct. 4 after finding him passed out in a vehicle on Rand Road.

David Larrabee of Randolph had an outstanding arrest warrant for aggravated domestic assault in the first degree, criminal threatening and aggravated cruelty to animals-torture first offense, according to police.

Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to a report of a wanted individual passed out in a vehicle.

Officers recognized Larrabee at the scene and determined he was also in violation of multiple court-ordered conditions of release.

Larrabee was taken into custody and transported to Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $1,000 bail.

He was cited to appear in court Oct. 6.
