ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 70-year-old Oneonta man following a traffic stop Oct. 3.
Clayton Monroe was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and unlicensed operation.
Deputies found Monroe operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway with a suspended registration and suspended driver’s license.
Monroe was also in violation of an interlock device license restriction.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
Monroe is scheduled to appear in Town of Oneonta Court at a later date.
