WEST HAVEN — The West Haven Police Department is seeking information on Joshua Yard, a 13-year-old Hispanic male who has been missing for a day.
Joshua is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans and black sneakers.
Police and detectives have searched all areas identified by his guardian as possible locations but were unsuccessful in locating him.
Joshua’s cell phone operates only through Wi-Fi, and attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
