ELLICOTTVILLE — A 62-year-old local man was arrested Thursday on drug and traffic charges following a traffic stop.
James R. Frazier was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Police also issued multiple traffic tickets during the Oct. 2 stop in the Town of Ellicottville.
Frazier was processed and released with appearance tickets for Ellicottville Town Court.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
