MARSHFIELD — A 35-year-old Marshfield man was arrested Oct. 2 on charges of aggravated assault and domestic assault stemming from an incident in August.
Dominick Hough was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing following an investigation that began Aug. 26.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Berlin Barracks initially responded to a report of a citizen dispute in Marshfield on Aug. 26.
Through investigation, police determined that Hough had committed aggravated assault by recklessly causing serious bodily injury to Braxton Stacy, 27, of Marshfield.
Police also determined that Hough committed domestic assault by attempting to cause serious bodily injury to a household member.
Hough was released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Oct. 9 at 8:30 a.m.
