Palmyra man arrested on domestic violence, child endangerment charges

PALMYRA — State Police arrested Timothy L. Johnson, 46, of Palmyra, on Oct. 1 for endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, criminal mischief and harassment in the second degree.

On Sept. 30 at approximately 5:07 p.m., State Police responded to State Route 21 in the town of Palmyra for a report of a domestic dispute.

An investigation determined that Johnson and the victim had been involved in a verbal argument in which the victim was physically assaulted.

A child was also present during the incident and was not harmed.

Johnson was taken to SP Lyons for processing and transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP court.
