HALFMOON — A 74-year-old Halfmoon man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a two-car crash Monday evening on U.S. Route 9.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the collision at 7:49 p.m. Sept. 30 in the town of Halfmoon.
Mark A. Ringer was charged with DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor, after investigators determined he was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Ringer was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Halfmoon Town Court.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was cited for failing to yield right of way while making a left turn.
No injuries were reported in the collision.
