ENOSBURGH — Vermont State Police cited a Sheldon man for retail theft at a Dollar General store on Sept. 21.
Police received a report that evening of items stolen from the store.
Investigation revealed that Toby Marrier, 32, of Sheldon had taken items from the establishment without paying for them.
Marrier was later located and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Nov. 17 at 8:30 a.m.
Store management also requested that Marrier be trespassed from the establishment.
