HALFMOON — A 20-year-old Clifton Park woman was arrested Friday morning following a domestic incident on Eastwood Drive.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the active domestic incident call at 9:11 a.m.
Victoria L. Bondari was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt in the first degree, both class E felonies.
Bondari is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
She is also charged with violating an order of protection by subjecting the protected person to unlawful physical contact.
Bondari was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
