HOPKINTON — Troopers arrested Walton Warner, age 46, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island on Saturday on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant.
The arrest occurred at 12:21 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Route 95.
Warner was wanted for failure to appear for counseling review on original charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest from the Providence Police Department.
He was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed.
Warner was then turned over to the ACI Men’s Intake Center.
