FAYSTON — A 65-year-old Waitsfield woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Mill Brook Road on Sept. 27.
Vermont State Police were notified of the crash at approximately 8:29 p.m.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the scene and observed signs that the operator, Jane V. Regan, was impaired.
Regan was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Berlin State Police Barracks for processing.
She was released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Washington Unit, Criminal Division on Oct. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
