SAUGERTIES — Police arrested a 31-year-old Kingston man on felony charges following an investigation into a complaint filed earlier this month.
Antoine D. Lacey was taken into custody at about 11:10 a.m. Sept. 24 by the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest stemmed from a complaint filed Sept. 19 at 3127 Route 9W.
Lacey was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and arraigned in Town of Saugerties Justice Court.
Lacey was remanded to Ulster County Jail on bail.
