Man arrested on felony charge after domestic dispute in Cuba

CUBA — A 60-year-old Belmont man was arrested Sept. 19 following a domestic dispute, according to Cuba Police Department.

Edward C. Moseley was taken into custody at approximately 4 p.m. on charges of second-degree harassment, a violation.

He also faces misdemeanor charges of obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Moseley was additionally charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony.

He was processed and sent to Allegany County Jail for arraignment.
