ELMIRA — James D. Adams, 25, of Elmira was arrested Sept. 25 for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, for vandalizing the Chemung County Transit Station in the City of Elmira.
Adams was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Elmira City Court at a later date.
Jodi L. Kent, 53, of Veteran was arrested Sept. 26 for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, after a domestic incident in the Town of Veteran.
Kent was arraigned by Veteran Town Court, an Order of Protection was issued, and she was released.
