DUXBURY — At approximately 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 25, officers from both the 4 p.m.—midnight and midnight—8 a.m. shifts responded to the area of 850 Temple St. for a single-car crash where a truck had struck a tree.
The sole occupant and driver fled the scene but was quickly located by officers a short time later.
He was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
Charges are pending in connection with the incident.
