EAST WALLINGFORD — A 21-year-old man reported missing Thursday has been located and returned home safely.
Carter Betourney of East Wallingford was last seen at his home in the area of Village Street.
Vermont State Police received the missing person report at approximately 11:57 p.m. Thursday.
Police said there was no indication Betourney was missing under suspicious circumstances, but there were concerns for his welfare.
The Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks investigated the case.
