MOUNT HOLLY — Vermont State Police arrested a 46-year-old man on a domestic assault charge Thursday evening.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a report of a family disturbance at a residence in Mount Holly at approximately 8:14 p.m.
Through investigation, police determined Randy Baker caused pain and serious bodily injury to a family or household member.
Baker was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of domestic or sexual assault.
