ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 50-year-old homeless man on petit larceny charges following an investigation into a stolen bicycle complaint.
Grover W. Pangburn was taken into custody during an unrelated incident on Sept. 24.
Deputies later identified Pangburn as the suspect in a bicycle theft that occurred on Sept. 14.
Pangburn was processed and issued an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
