ELMIRA — Three area residents were arrested Sept. 24 on various charges including theft and an outstanding warrant.
Christa L. Uhler, 38, of Elmira was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal impersonation in the 2nd degree.
The warrant was issued by Erin Town Court on Sept. 23.
Uhler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Erin Town Court at a later date.
Brooke M. Gallagher, 25, of Elmira was arrested for petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, after stealing from the shoe department in the town of Big Flats.
Gallagher was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Elizabeth R. Cramer, 33, of Horseheads was arrested for petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, after stealing from Target in the town of Big Flats.
Cramer was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
