WESTBOROUGH — Police have arrested a 49-year-old man in connection with a burglary at a Connector Road business earlier this month.
George Donahue of Connector Drive was taken into custody Sept. 22 following an investigation into a break-in at 2 Connector Road.
Police responded to a commercial alarm at the business at 2:10 a.m. Sept. 13.
Officers discovered the business had been forcibly entered and items had been stolen.
The Westborough Police Detective Bureau conducted the investigation with support from responding officers, the crime scene unit, K9 unit and drone unit.
Police identified Donahue as a suspect through surveillance footage review and follow-up interviews.
Investigators executed search warrants at Donahue’s residence and vehicle.
Donahue was arraigned in Westborough District Court and is being held at the Worcester County House of Corrections.
