DEERFIELD — The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing horse from Macintyre Road in the Town of Deerfield.
The horse escaped from his stable sometime around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 23.
Deputies received a call earlier in the day about a horse spotted walking around near the intersection of North Gage Road and State Route 8 in the Town of Deerfield.
The horse is a dark gray/brown stallion, wearing a green halter with a white stripe.
Anyone with information or who spots the horse is asked to contact the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
