ELMIRA — Vieto P. Mack, 52, of Elmira was arrested on Sept. 22 on an outstanding Family Court Warrant issued by Chemung County Court on June 20.
Mack received an ACD Order, an Order of Protection was issued and he was released back to the custody of the Elmira Police Department.
Michael T. Stuver, 35, of Highspire, Pa. was arrested on Sept. 23 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, an unclassified Misdemeanor, after a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Southport.
Stuver was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court at a later date.
