MONTGOMERY — An officer was dispatched to the area of Pitcher Street near Mountain Acres Road on Sept. 20 at 5 p.m. for reports of recreational vehicles operating on a public way.
The officer arrived on scene and after a short investigation located three ATVs.
Two of the operators were juveniles and one was an adult male.
The officer towed the three ATVs from the scene.
The adult male was issued a citation for two counts of allowing improper operation of a recreational vehicle by a party under 18 years of age.
He was also cited for unregistered operation of a recreational vehicle on a public way and one count of riding a recreational vehicle without a helmet.
