RICHFORD — Vermont State Police arrested a 34-year-old man after he threatened to harm a woman during a citizen dispute on Main Street on Sept. 24.
Jeffrey Brown of Richford was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief after arriving at the scene and making threatening statements in the presence of law enforcement at 11:13 a.m.
Brown was taken to the St. Albans Barracks for processing and lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility with bail set at $200.
Two other Richford residents were issued citations for disorderly conduct in connection with the original dispute.
Kasey Vincelette, 36, was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief.
Ashley Laplante, 36, was charged with disorderly conduct.
