VERNON — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect who stole knives from a gas station last month.
The suspect entered the Shell gas station on Route 30 on Sept. 23 around 9:50 p.m. and stole approximately 20 knives and their display case, according to the Vernon Police Department.
He then fled the scene in what appears to be a Nissan sedan missing its front bumper.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information about the incident is asked to contact Officer Lisee at 860-872-9126 x2006.
