ELMIRA — The Elmira Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a larceny suspect.
On Tuesday, Sept. 23, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the suspect stole a grocery cart full of items by running out of Wegmans on Clemens Center Parkway without paying.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information that may assist in the investigation is asked to contact the Elmira Police Department at (607) 737-5626 or submit an anonymous tip through the department’s tip line.
