DELHI — The Delhi Police Department arrested Damon A. Storrs, 18, of Delhi, on a charge of petit larceny following an investigation into a theft complaint.
The arrest stems from a report received Aug. 22 regarding the theft of merchandise from a Main Street business in the Village of Delhi.
Storrs was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Delhi Town Court on Sept. 23.
