DELHI — The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Russell L. Ellis Sr., who is wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Hancock Court.
Ellis, 49, is wanted for assault in the 2nd degree, menacing in the 2nd degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
Ellis was born March 9, 1976, and is described as 6 feet tall with red hair and blue eyes.
