HOMER — New York State Police arrested a 37-year-old Cortland man Sept. 13 after he allegedly pointed a weapon at a minor and fired a shot during a domestic incident.
Jeremiah Robert Rundell was charged with misdemeanor counts of menacing in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Troopers responded to a report of a domestic incident with possible shots fired on Foster Road in Homer at approximately 9:38 p.m.
When troopers arrived, they used a PA system in their patrol vehicle to order Rundell out of the residence.
Rundell complied and was taken into custody.
