The investigation revealed the teen was operating a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 when she lost control around a curve.
The northbound vehicle exited the roadway and struck a tree.
Two passengers were in the truck: a 16-year-old male from St. Regis Falls and a 17-year-old female from Nicholville.
Parshiville Rescue and Saint Regis Falls Rescue responded to provide aid to both passengers, who were transported to Canton Potsdam Hospital for medical treatment.
The driver sustained minor injuries and did not require medical attention.
During an interview with troopers, the driver showed signs of impairment.
She failed standardized field sobriety tests administered by troopers.
The driver was arrested and transported to SP Massena, where she provided a breath sample revealing a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%.
