3 arrested in larceny at Nichols distribution center

NICHOLS — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested three men Sept. 8 following a report of larceny in progress at the Best Buy Distribution Center.

Noel C. Guadalupe, 24, of Bronx, N.Y., Nikoly D. Da Silva, 30, of Stroudsburg, Pa., and Tyquan S. Jacobs of Mount Vernon, N.Y., are accused of entering the perimeter fence and forcibly gaining access to a storage trailer to steal property.

The suspects also allegedly removed and staged additional property from the trailer with the intent of stealing it.

All three were charged with attempted grand larceny in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the third degree, all class E felonies.

Guadalupe was also arrested as a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania for previously violating conditions of parole.

Jacobs and Da Silva were arraigned and released at CAP Court pending future proceedings in Nichols Town Court.

Guadalupe was remanded to the Tioga County Jail pending future proceedings in Tioga County Court and extradition to Pennsylvania.

In other arrests, Daniel R. Myers, 22, of Newfield, N.Y., was arrested Aug. 22 following a traffic stop in Spencer.

Myers was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08, both unclassified misdemeanors.

He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Town of Spencer Court.

Kimberley Wolf, 58, of Yuma, Ariz., was arrested Sept. 1 on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Newark Valley for failure to appear on charges of menacing in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors.

Wolf was arraigned at CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.

Miles A. Floyd, 28, of Nichols, was arrested Sept. 9 for making terroristic threats following an investigation into threats made to several people at an address in Owego.

Floyd was arraigned at CAP Court and held at the Tioga County Jail with bail set at $20,000.

Vikki L. Frisbie, 30, of Waverly, N.Y., was arrested Sept. 2 following a traffic stop on Chemung Street in Waverly.

Frisbie allegedly gave false identification, was found in possession of methamphetamine and had active warrants from Waverly Police Department and Bradford County, Pennsylvania.

She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors, and as a fugitive from justice.

Frisbie was remanded to the Tioga County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
